Bio:

Tracy has significant experience assisting high-growth companies in a variety of consulting capacities. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with honors in 1989 and was previously a manager with Ernst & Young, an international public accounting firm. In 1996, she began her own consulting practice where her consulting projects have included: 

• developing and performing due diligence procedures for acquisitions, 
• assisting with preparation for financial statement audits,
• initial public offerings and SEC registration statements, 
• analyzing and streamlining business processes, and 
• designing models for financial statement and cash flow forecasting.
