Bio:

Steve has been working for 27 years in IT management with 16 of those years in the beef industry. He has been the Director of IT for multiple plants and has been hired by several plant startups. While working plant startups, he has served in multiple roles such as accounting, human resources, and site safety, in addition to being responsible for designing and installing the facilities network. Steven has a strong background of report writing, custom programming, database management and adding, or enhancing, traceability.
