In addition, he has worked on numerous acquisitions, expansion projects, new startups and turnarounds across both fresh and processed meat businesses.
Bio:
Scott has been involved in the animal nutrition, livestock production, and consumer meat/food industry since 1985. He has held executive leadership positions with Farmland Foods, Smithfield Foods, Seaboard Foods, and for the past four years was the Chief Executive Officer of Wholestone Farms. Scott has extensive leadership experience in meat sales and marketing, brand development, product innovation, business management, plant operations, and strategic planning. He has worked in multiple sales channels including retail, foodservice, export, and industrial in both pork and beef.
