Samantha provides meat technical services to clients for product processing, food safety and HACCP plans, and grant writing services.
Bio:
Samantha grew up raising Hereford and Belted Galloway beef cattle. She studied meat science during her graduate studies, focusing on meat processing, beef quality, and food safety and completed an apprenticeship with a small meat processor in Pennsylvania. She is both HACCP and PCQI certified and is a member with the American Association of Meat Processors.
