Paul is an investment banker and founder of Chadron Capital Markets, an investment banking firm exclusively serving clients across the U.S. food and agriculture supply chain-” farm to fork.” He has deep industry knowledge, experience, and extensive relationships across the value chain, having worked for over 30 years in food and agriculture with companies such as Merrill Lynch, Principal Financial, and cigna Investments. He is involved with mergers and acquisitions, capital placements, and strategic advisory services for clients. Paul assists businesses in transitioning to higher growth, higher-margin companies with social, environmental, and climate change benefits that consumers seek in purchasing their food today. He has an extensive animal protein background working with producers, packers, distributors, and end customers.

Sue provides assistance to clients to obtain debt and equity to finance agriculture businesses.
Bio:
Sue has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, private equity fund management, and equity and mezzanine investing for the food, agribusiness and bio-energy industries. Her experience includes financial advisory, capital raising, and merger and acquisition services. Sue was previously a partner of Ascendant Partners, a Denver, CO food and agriculture investment banking firm. She remains affiliated with Ascendant Financial Partners, its broker dealer. Prior to joining Ascendant Partners, Sue was a partner and owner of Cybus Capital Markets LLC, vice president at Newman and Associates, second vice president at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, senior analyst at UNUM and credit analyst at Hartford National Bank. Sue’s FINRA licenses include Series 24, Series 27, Series 79 and Series 7.
